Internal fuel management K6 Planá

The subject of the Work was the transport technology for "Internal fuel management of boilers K5 and K6" within the project "The end of coal in Planá nad Lužnicí" in the operation plant of C-Energy Planá s.r.o. in Planá nad Lužnicí for INVELT Servis s.r.o.

The new storage tanks (with utility volume of 200 m3) are adapted to meet the requirements for trouble-free continuous operation of the boiler and to eliminate adhering of the stored wood chip as much as possible. For this reason, a construction solution with negative angles of the storage tank walls was used. The removal of materials from the storage tanks is handled by a hydraulic sliding floor. The subsequent transport from the storage tanks to the boiler is then ensured by means of screw conveyors.

The guaranteed transport capacity is 45 m3 / hour for wood chip, or 27 t / hour for uncontaminated wood chip.
