The Investor's assignment was to reduce the dust on the biomass conveying route in the chute tower and on the chutes in boiler room with subsequent discharge of dust back to conveying flow. When conveying and handling wood material, dust particles are stirred up.

The goal of this project was to supply a new high pressure pneumatic conveying system of sand, bentonite and additives. It was a part of the planned construction project aimed at modernization and greening the existing operation of the ferrous metal foundry TATRA METALURGIE, a.s. 

The technological assembly of the ash handling system and wet discharge conveyor consists of three screw conveyors located under the grate hoppers which are used for conveying of ash and slag and are fed into a common screw discharge conveyor.

The subject of the Work was the production of technology for batching and conveying the wood-chip from the landfill to the belt conveyor no. 20 for coal handling. The batching technology includes a receiving hopper which is supplied with a wheel loader, a wood-chip sorter and belt conveyor with a scale for weighing the conveyed wood-chip.

As a part of the reconstruction of the mixing centre, a new extension was built, completed with a continuous mixer and storage tanks for by-products of combustion. The by-products of combustion (fly ash, fluid ash and product of desulphurization) are homogenized in the mixer and by adding a required amount of water to the mixer, a stabilized mixture is produced. Then it is dispatched and stored in a landfill.

The subject of the Work was the transport technology for "Internal fuel management of boilers K5 and K6" within the project "The end of coal in Planá nad Lužnicí" in the operation plant of C-Energy Planá s.r.o. in Planá nad Lužnicí for INVELT Servis s.r.o.

The subject of the Work was the creation of technology for external biomass transport as part of the project "K6 - Increasing of co-incineration of biomass" in the premises of Plzeňská Teplárenská, for INVELT Servis s.r.o.

New technological line for receiving, storage, mixing and conveying of bulk and granular PVC materials for a new production hall supply.

The conveying route consists of a cascade of screw conveyors, followed by a bucket elevator and a system of screw conveyors which feeds the individual tanks according to the needs of an operator. It was a turnkey delivery including building adjustments, electro part, Measurement and Regulations, Automatic Control System.

Extension of the limestone belt conveyor by 74 m, conveying capacity 1000 tons/hour, width 1000 mm. Conveyed material - limestone. The delivery also included a chain conveyor (bulk conveyor L 3000 mm) for removing an abrasion from the conveyor belt.
