Reconstruction of mixing centre for the operation of fluid boilers

As a part of the reconstruction of the mixing centre, a new extension was built, completed with a continuous mixer and storage tanks for by-products of combustion. The by-products of combustion (fly ash, fluid ash and product of desulphurization) are homogenized in the mixer and by adding a required amount of water to the mixer, a stabilized mixture is produced. Then it is dispatched and stored in a landfill.

Nominal output of the mixer - 40 t/hour of stabilized mixture.
