New tanks for thermic phosphoric acid

The subject of the investment was to build-up a new storage system for thermic phosphoric acid (concentration 40%, properties - corrosive, caustic).

It was a delivery of 4 double-surface tanks (material PE100), each with a volume of 100 m3. The tanks are equipped with sensors for reliable and safe operation. A sensor is fitted between the inner and outer surface to monitor a possible leakage. The tanks have an inclined bottom towards the outlet to ensure a complete emptying. Feeding the tank from tank trucks is realized by charging pipeline DN80 (stainless steel AISI 316). The dispatch of thermic phosphoric acid to production is ensured via stainless steel pipeline DN80 using pumps; batching is ensured by mass flow-meters.

The entire Work is delivered "turnkey" and consists of buildings (foundations, concreting, roads, electrical equipment) and operational sets (technology, steel structures, pipeline bridges, electro part, Measurement and Regulations, Automatic Control System).
