Solidification line

The line technology consists of the following parts:

• Reception hopper (welded, vibrating grate, discharge belt conveyor). The supply of waste from the storage area is ensured by a wheel loader.
• Connecting belt conveyor leading to the mixer (delivery incl. ferrous metal detector and belt scale).
• Storage tanks for admixtures (lime, cement, fly-ash) incl. the necessary equipment (aeration, filters, sensors etc.), feeding from tank trucks.
• Feeding of screw conveyors from tanks.
• Weighing vessel with accessories (strain-gauge set, blowing nozzles).
• The total capacity of mixing centre is 42 000 tonnes/year.
• Distribution and batching of mixing water.
• Mixing of solidified mixture in a two-shaft discontinuous mixer MED 1500 (mixing capacity is 15 m3/hour).
• Conveying of solidifed mixture from under the mixer using a system of belt conveyors and stacker range.
• Compressor, compressed air treatment and distribution system.
• Electrical equipment, Measurement and Regulations, Automatic Control System.
