Storage and transport of coal dust

The following technology was delivered: unloading of tank trucks, storage of coal dust in silo size of 120 m³, transport and dust dosing equipment and subsequent pneumatic conveying to the burner of rotary kiln.

Transport route: rotary feeder + screw conveyor which doses the coal dust into the mixer.

The technological process is controlled automatically from computer located in the control room. Conveying rate is 8,55 m³ / hour.
